my family complains about me

i cant. my family has this never ending joke that im loud and chatty. and yes! i am! but i also had a bad friendgroup for 2 years and in those two years i was rude and mean to everyone!! they complained when i was rude and now complain when im nice. anyway. my mum acts like me asking or doing anything that isnt shutting up is annoying. she had headphones in while watching her show, i asked her a question, she didnt hear but she saw me. i paused her show for her and she gave me a look like i was being an inconvenience, my sister laughed, keep in mind i had a hard day at work, before that my dad was giving me a hard time and my eldest sister was complaining about me that i was loving her too much. AND on top of that it was my other sisters birthday yesterday, i bought her a couple gifts and one of them i picked because i knew she would love it, i spent all my money on it and it didnt fit her. instead when she came back home she hadnt JUST returned it, she swapped it with something else. now she's acting like me being upset is bad.

back on topic. everyone acts like im stupid, treats me like a kid and always finds something to complain about. "youre being too clingy" "you dont love me enough" "you talk too much" my mum was literally complaining about me not wanting a hug but whenever i DO want a hug im being "pushy".
