Mini manoah

So I'm a youth worker now im using a fake name and not using their actual name. So this child i work with letscall him mini manoah is a putright creep. So he hits his sister hes only like 5 or 6 years old but he bashes into her and also hots into another girl who isn't his sibling. So i wrote incident reports and the management tried to literally commit fraud and water down my report to cover up the abuse. They would ask me to "clarify" things in my report asking the same questions hoping I'd change it i refused and eventually just didnt answer. What disgusting people so its because the boy is aboriginal they think hes a sacred cow. The kid is a germ and his sister is aborigine they couldn't give a fuck about her or the white girl he hits into. So much for these labor people supporting women. When they are most vulnerable they treat girls like animals. Disgusting people. And this isn't a racial thing fyi I don't like the women getting hit including his sister and it does him no favours encouraging him. I also work with some Samoan kids who are black i am their absolute favourite and number 1 and I love those kids they are wonderful little kids its terrible they dont have parents but the management are absolutely disgusting to treat these little girls so callously. As a man i feel its evil, the boy doesn't need punishment just a clear boundary set and separate him so he learns to be respectful of boundaries. I can't work out how some people have such low integrity and lack of values or common sense. I know sounds harsh to say hes a germ but fuck me i work with him and when you see him unprovoked repeatedly harassing the girls then bashing into them as well as terrible hygiene and generally shit behaviour at some point you have contempt and dont want to bother when there are other wonderful kids who you really become fond of and then he decides to hit them it becomes abit much
