Make this make sense.

Roomate comes back to the big box store we work at after emergency surgery. Its been a month. They are usually in a heavy area, physically and mentally, and is the MVP of said area but was told by the head manager to allow the other workers to handle the heavy stuff while they run lighter stuff to regain their speed and strength. This means instead of having just two people, there will be an extra to help.
Roomie is not on schedule due to leave but was released, which means the other managers had to plan the night without them.
The moment they find out roomie is back, instead of keeping the scheduled night as is and having Roomie as extra help in that area, they rearrange everything last minute and put Roomie with a new guy who barely knows anything, which means they have to do the majority of the work against what the manager told them.
Now, they are risking Roomie calling out for the rest of the week due to possibly hurting themselves trying to keep up after a month away. I swear, i didnt think these people were so stupid. Where is the fucking common sense? The MVP is not a fucking machine you get to take advantage of, theyre human too you stupid fucks. They need to start over like everyone else after time off like that!
