Loud people in uni dorms

Some people that enter uni are literal children, except it would be insulting to children to refer to them as my annoying dorm neighbours. Those people don't know the basics of human decency, and they act like they are the only ones living in the residence. They bring guests over who, like them, don't know ow to conduct themselves. Screaming, laughing loudly, and making random noises has become a regular occurrence. When earplugs + headphones don't work against the noise, you know it's BAD. The dons don't do anything except issue soft "warnings" when they catch the noisy people. The warnings never work and they continue being loud the ENTIRE night for MULTIPLE days in a row. I missed lectures because they ruined my sleep. I wish their bad karma would get back at them since they have yet to suffer any consequences. I pray that justice will be served one day, and that they suffer the same thing they committed.
