Just a pissed of step parent

Am I fucking crazy or are priorities not in order? I’m a step mom and I already know as soon as some people here that their already against them but here me out. BM lost custody because of abandoning her kid for drugs. Flash forward to now and BM has 2 other kids that again abandoned for drugs and only got clean when jail time was threatened. She refuses to keep a job because she won’t wake up early enough (anytime before 9am) she couldn’t get step kid to school on time during her parenting time because of this. She is constantly putting her 2 younger kids over step kid. And now her “husband” (he was planning to leave her since she cheated on him with a drug dealer) had his house burn down and she asking for help “starting over” yet is going out to get fast food and amusement parks daily but won’t even bother getting step kid clothes that fit. Yet she wants full custody or at least overnight visits but doesn’t even have a stable living situation because her own parents have disowned her for her choices. Not to mention the abuse and neglect she’s done to step kid. Everytime I look at step kid all I can think about is how the fuck someone can care so little about their child?? I would give everything for this kid to be happy, cared for, loved, and safe. But she doesn’t seem to care at all. She’s given chance after chance to get her shit together but just doesn’t care enough to even try yet she tries to play super mom. And again don’t get me wrong I understand step mom hate I’ve gotten plenty of it from bio mom especially when step kid refers to me as mom. But I feel like I’m not crazy or wrong in this. I hated my step mom and the last thing I want is to make step kid feel the same way.
