Posting here after a while. Anyway, I have been focused on myself. With dieting, protein intake, vegetable intake, cardio and strength training, I have lost 3 kg of fat in 2 weeks. I have a long way to go, but something is better than nothing. Google a picture of 1 kg of fat - it is a lot and it is horrible. 80% diet and meal prep + 10% cardio + 10% strength/muscle training.
I also exercise my brain by studying.
I am locked in for the next 6 months. I will turn into a Monica.
