I want to know.
I gave a suggestion in my office that I want to create a work GC for some work partners our agency had. But apparently, my co-worker made it (I'm in it) and the partners called it the biggest achievement my co-worker had ever done and they said he made the suggestion.Guess my suggestions don't matter as I'm a new and younger worker while the one who was known now in our department is a seasoned one.
Next time, I won't suggest anything even if they ask. I'd just downplay that I don't have anything in mind anymore and find better work.
