This is what I'm talking about. Doing stupid shit so he can make me have to talk to him. One machine for me to run and he will be here until 5 and he is running 24. this job will last a little under an hour. What the fuck will I be doing for the hour after that. If he would just leave the machines he knows I'll be running instead of changing every fucking day. Now MIGHT log off and stop running that machine at some random time without telling me. So it's sitting there and you eventually say we need to communicate about this stuff when all he has to do is GO HOME AT 2:45 , leace the area he knows I'll be working in or write down which machines are free to run. There is no need for interaction. YOU people make it unnecessarily complicated just to force me to interact with these fucking weirdos. Childish weirdos who get off making me uncomfortable.

Why does it seem like nobody runs the machine across fromnthe chucker on first? It's like the jobs are left for the cripple to run. Great idea as always there's this need to have someone with me in their line of sight. WHY AND WHO IS TELLING THEM TO WATCH ME!? I gotta stay stationed at that fucking chucker running it and the cripple can just walk over to the machine right across from me at anytime to see what I'm doing. He xan stop checking or setting and on his way back to his other machines see what I'm doing. I KNOW THIS IS DONE ON PURPOSE. that's partly why there's this obsession with me not having anything up to obstruct their view of me. you know I don't care anymore. Everything is just getting my ducks in a row. I see the HR lady lurking by buffing meaning she was probably through.
