I'm tired

I am so tired it is 2 in the morning my kids are awake they go to bed at 8 or 9 but wake back up plus my husband works so we have to stay in the living room all night bc me and my husband and my kids all share a room we live with his parents but I just feel like I have no one at all bc they don't want me talking to my family or friends so and they barely help only when they feel like it or whatever but neither does my husband he says he works and I take care of the kids
