I need to work on mindfulness. I need to make progress over perfection. I have a life. Somedays, I meet people at the end of the day after finishing my job. They keep asking me, "Are you okay? Are you sure you are okay?" This question used to anger me as I thought they were fishing for information. But over time, I realized that I did not let my face relax and show joy. I was not being mindful of my surroundings and appreciating it.
