If I were to erect a lifesize monument in my front yard as a tribute to you, would I have to put lights on it? You know, to prevent aircraft from crashing into your head? Who would I have to contact about that? The last thing I would want to be responsible for is the loss of innocent lives because some pilots were unable to avoid slamming a Boeing jumbo jet into the side of your head.
