Humans Devolving Mentally

Humans Devolving Mentally

Humans are increasingly acting like ants, and it's a disturbing parallel. Let's break it down:

**Killing Anyone Who Looks Different:** Just like ants that will attack and kill intruders from other colonies, humans have a dark history of persecuting and eliminating those who are different. From genocide to ethnic cleansing, humans have shown a chilling ability to dehumanize and destroy those who don't fit their narrow definitions of "us." Think of the Rwandan genocide, the Holocaust, or the ongoing conflicts in various parts of the world where ethnic and religious differences are used as excuses for mass murder.

**Fighting Over Territory:** Ants are territorial creatures, and humans are no different. We fight over land, resources, and borders with a ferocity that often leads to war and destruction. Look at the endless conflicts over oil-rich regions, water rights, or strategic territories. Humans will go to war over a piece of land, just like ants will fight to the death to defend their colony's boundaries.

**Blindly Loyal to a Queen (Politicians):** In ant colonies, workers are fiercely loyal to the queen, and humans show a similar blind loyalty to their political leaders. We elect "queens" and "kings" who promise us the world, and we follow them without question, often to our own detriment. Politicians exploit this loyalty, using it to consolidate power and push their agendas, regardless of the cost to their constituents.

**Emotionless and Compassionless Killing Machines:** Ants are efficient killers, driven by instinct and devoid of emotion. Humans, too, can act as emotionless killing machines, especially in the context of war and conflict. Soldiers are trained to follow orders without question, to kill without hesitation. Think of the atrocities committed by soldiers in various wars, where the dehumanization of the enemy allows for ruthless and merciless killing.

**Acting Like Mindless Drones Blindly Obeying Orders:** Ants operate on instinct, following a set of rules and orders without question. Humans, too, can act like mindless drones, especially in hierarchical structures like the military or corporate environments. We follow orders from above, often without questioning their morality or effectiveness. This blind obedience can lead to horrific consequences, as seen in historical events like the My Lai massacre or the Rwandan genocide, where individuals carried out atrocities simply because they were ordered to do so.

In conclusion, the parallels between human behavior and that of ants are chilling. We kill those who are different, fight over territory, are blindly loyal to our leaders, act as emotionless killing machines, and obey orders without question. It's a disturbing reflection of our species' capacity for violence and conformity, and it's something we should all be aware of as we navigate the complexities of human society.

I totally agree, nobody is going to like it but the internet /social media needs to be severely moderated and censored when it comes to violence, obvious psychologically disturbed behavior and false information. It has become peoples entire reality and not only the young, older people are just as engulfed.
