How does one develop leadership qualities
I am scared and terrified to be a leader. I feel that I would probably be a poorly wired sheepdog that leads the sheep off the cliff if I take charge. I can lead myself well. I can teach well too. When it comes to leadership, I do not know where to begin. I can take something and work on it by myself but enabling others towards a common goal and showing an overall direction is scary to me.
