Women

I have been working with this girl for 1 year or so i genuinely felt she liked me . We would chat at work and nobody else talked to her. I was waiting for the perfect moment... anyway i got a new job decided was now or never but i was on leave so i messafe her on her work chat. No response its been a few days. I really liked her and she doesn't even think enough of me to want to respond. Thats what I find hard to deal with when it comes to women they are not highly respectful of mens emotions or even just on a basic level considerate on these kind of things. I do like her i felt weformed a bond but I guess she didn't. I guess she just wanted the attention. It was obvious i wanted her. Iam 36 years old i just dont understand when women are going to show interest in me like women i actually like. I'm 6"4 i got blue eyes, ive heard foreign girls say oh your eyes so beautiful, I'm Australian ive heard girls here say you are so tall i like your height but here i am. I have seen other guys no real redeeming features get women like i honestly dont see it or get it
