guy best friend

okay so. There's this guy I've been friends with for almost 4 years now. He's super sweet and a really funny guy, and at one point I had a crush on him. But now, I haven't seen him in forever, and that attraction is not quite there. but this guy is obsessed with me. like I'm so serious I'm not even trying to be cocky or self centered like I'm fr. So basically, he's really into me and I know that, but he won't tell me directly, although I've known for months. And this month I've been super busy, my birthday is next week and my graduation is coming up. So in the past couple of days, I haven't been responding as often. And he likes to text me and get upset because I'm not responding, and like all I know to say is "I'm sorry I was busy," but like I'm not even lying, I'm being so for real. Like, I feel bad that I'm making him upset, but at the same time, I genuinely have been so busy and not on my phone too much. I don't know, I don't know how to get him to be unobsessed, and still keep the pre-existing friendship. ugh!
