Got into a fight with my trashy neighbour

As if shit couldn't get worse. I've been trying to get more proof for the authorities considering my neighbour has been ruining my fucking life for months on end and they have yet to do something. He's a constant source of noise pollution, blasting the shittiest of music day and night (constantly the 4 same songs too). I normally don't give a shit about someone's yard, but his looks like a bloody landfill and smells to high heavens. It's filled to the brim with piss-stained mattresses, dog shit and broken kitchen appliances like fridges and what not. He has this stupid, badly behaved xl bully that has killed pets, barks all day and has tried to attack me on multiple occasions. He's constantly drunk and seemingly constantly at home, so there's pretty much no break from his shit. Yesterday, I had enough and tried to record his dog barking and lunging at everything, which it often does for hours on end. Daily. His drunk fucking ass got mad at me and he began yelling stuff. The authorities have literally told me to do this, you fucking slug of a man. I wouldn't have to resort to this if you'd be a normal fucking neighbour for once in your worthless fucking life. This fucking dude is about twice my age btw. What 50 year old man acts like this?? I really wanna fucking move, but I refuse to let this dickhead win. When I'm done with him, he'll be sleeping under a bridge with his goddamn piss mattress.
