I have made progress over the last 4-6 days. The scale has moved. I ran a total of 7 miles, walked many miles and climbed about 200 steps.
I also learned that lattes and iced lattes have between 30g to 70g of sugar. Sugar -> Fat. So I know where I am going wrong.
I ate smaller portions. Portion control is very important. I treated myself carefully within limits and in small amounts.
Cleaning around and doing chores also helps because I was bending, crawling to mop and wipe surfaces.
