Men are abnormal
At their core men are primal beings. They don't have natural pauses. They have to restrain themselves, unlike women. This sociopathology is what makes them effective predators. All men secretly envy women because unlike them we are much less emotionally vulnerable. You can rape a woman and threaten to kill her but you can not make her enjoy it. We are in control of what we think and how we feel, even if we do become irrational at times. A man can control everything about a woman but her heart. A man cannot make a woman love him no matter how terribly he wants love. Men are misogynistic because it's their only claim to manhood. Take misogyny out of any man and you will witness a squirming infantile organism seconds away from shutting down completely. They all turn primal once they're desperate enough. They will do and say anything to feed the gaping stomach of their entitlement. Their inability to sincerely accept rejection of any kind gets reflected in their aggressively duplicitous nature. Men can be violent and greedy and forcing, but women can be sly, cruel, and temptresses. Just as much as men have the capacity to hurt, women do to, although in a different sense.
Misogyny is not ingrained into man, nor woman, instead it is hate. Not directed, just blind hate. Often it may be released in some direction against some people, but the natural Man is just as partial to hate a man as to hate a woman. The reason may be different, but in the end, it's all hatred. Women contain that hatred too, it's ingrained in the human species, not some sect of it. Not some type, just all of it.
The truth is, as well, that we do not teach our children that love is violent. Instead every which way I have looked I have seen love as something to be cherished, something to comfort you when you struggle, something to bring joy into your life when it feels empty. Not just romantic love, but Platonic love as well. Perhaps some are taught that love is violent, but greater than that minority is the teachings that love is to respect, care for, nourish, and enrich the life of your partner to and beyond your capabilities.
It should never be about which is better or which has been more oppressed. Time is a fickle thing, and while we should learn from the past, it is unwise to dwell on it. The past matters not when women, as they should, have their rights. The men of this era are not those of the past.
In truth, woman and men are equal partners, not two separate, but two halves to a whole, Humanity. This becomes apparent when two individuals become husband and wife. When there is a valid, trust-filled and loyal relationship present for those two, they do not stay singles in their hopes, dreams, and aspirations. While their dreams persist, they morph into a new human, they are improved by the love they feel for their partner, and same for their counterpart. They are no longer men and women separate, but they are one made up of two, a single unit bound by genuine love, a bond that, if love persists, will last eternity.
In truth, men and women, even when not this closely connected, are this way. No man or woman is better based on sex alone. While there are some things men excel at, there are just as many that woman do as well. We may be different, but neither is better, and neither should be over the other. In the above example of a couple, the ideal relationship is all decisions are made through conjoined decision making, not ones control over the other.
In the end, whether may or female, we are human, and as such, we are equal. No mortal man is better on all counts than any other, and while some things may make him superior, he does not overtake. The other is superior in his own way as well. True equality comes when we can recognize that while a skill or talent may make us better in one regard, it does not make us generally better humans. The only being who can judge is one who is perfect, which no mortal man is.
Humanity does not have the right to judge its fellows, for just like them we are flawed in our own ways, and just like us, they excel in their own ways. This goes for all people.
Only when natural hatred is dispelled can we truly love. Only through true, genuine love, can true joy be found.
