Drug store surprise

I had a very demanding customer ahead of me at the checkout line. I patiently waited. She was stylish, slim and had a spoilt daughter. She was putting on the self-important airs. I waited and waited till they were done. The assistant was super nice to them. When my turn finally came, the assistant gave me 10 free samples of 15 ml expensive face creams. She did not give that to the previous client. This lady made my day. That and I cleaned the bath tub. Put bath salts, a few drops of lavender and eucalyptus essential oils. I enjoyed a nice soak and scrub. Then I used an almond milk body butter. So good...Then I put 3 layers of Tatcha face cream on my skin and left it on till it completely absorbed.
Also - my good dead for the day: I stopped a man from buying an extremely bad chapstick for his wife. It makes lips swell up, crack and bleed. He asked me what is the best. I recommended petroleum jelly. The simplest things are the best.
