All things happen for a reason. If you aren't being blessed right now, it's because what is best for you in the *future*, is your suffering *now*. Unlike us and our small, narrow-minded brains, God sees the big picture. What you see is the single thread in the tapestry. Your pain now may be immense, may be worse than most people can possibly imagine, but one thing stays the same no matter your suffering: God knows ALL. He knows you and every little detail about you and he *loves* you. He loves you because you are his son. What he is doing is showing his perfect love in a pure, perfect way. Letting you suffer so that when you return to him, you will be ready to receive Eternal Life. Because there is one thing we as people don't realize.

It's not going to be us begging God for access to heaven. Instead, it's going to be God begging for us to stay with him, but if we are sinners, and we don't try honestly to be better, and follow him in faith, and give him everything we possibly can, give him our will, than we will not *want* to dwell in the presence of God. Because when you are a flawed being with no drive to be better, why would you want to be in the presence of a father you feel you have failed.

God can see the whole picture, all you see is a pixel. While that pixel displays grief, pain, loss, death, hurt, sickness, unfairness, and all other possible terrible things that could exist, the photo contains something beautiful. A plan. To guarantee that you return to him. Because what he want is to be able to have you back with him.
