What can you expect from a whole culture built on several generations of "SELL SELL SELL" and "Always Be Closing" etc. They are Literally TAUGHT - NEVER TAKE NO for an answer. What other result could there possibly be from a bunch of people with THOSE as their central mantras?? When THAT refrain is at the back of their minds at all times?
