I don't get it. I used to get be messier but as I've gotten into adulting, I realized shit doesn't get picked up by some magical genie. I live in a community of messy people. Seriously, their homes and yards are styes. Utter ridiculous messy, dirty, weedy ugly pig styes. You do NOTHING ALL DAY, WHYYYYYYYYY, is your shit scattered all over, your trash over flowing, your yard not mowed, just WHY!I have noticed this at more than one neighbor and friends house since I moved to this community. It's just a bit shocking to me to see such utter despair in a home where people spend the majority of their time, yet, yet, still, it's disgusting.

I don't know what to say. Maybe I watch too much hoarders and it's made me paranoid of what could happen if I stop caring. Please, never let me stop caring about myself or surroundings..........
