Dear running diary

Today I ran 2 km without stopping. I could have done more, but I did not want to overdo it. I will next try a half marathon (2.5 km) a couple of times without stopping. Running is more fun than swimming. Swimming is exhausting. I become skinnier when I swim regularly. Swimming burns more calories. Walking is also good. That is how I started on my weight loss journey years ago when I was too heavy to run.
The easiest way to put on weight is to have Chinese takeout that has deep fried chicken in those sweet and oily sauces. Hence I stay away from Chinese takeout. I make my own stir fry at home. I make it my only main meal of the day with a little brown rice or whole grain pasta on the side. The rest the meals are just fruits, salad, boiled egg, yogurt etc. I drink water. I need to drink more water to feel less tired.

I am now off to make a lovely stir fry with Club House roasted garlic and peppers seasoning.
