Day glo doll belts and garbage bags
I found an old VHS tape and it had a promo for a show called Breaker High on a network called UPN. It showed a bunch of cool teenagers in their senior year of high school wearing day-glo colored doll belts around their necks;, the kind of belt that would fit on a My Buddy (or Chucky) doll. They were also dressed in garbage bags, also day-glo colored.
