If you want a real and serious answer:

a lot of people get angry based off of what’s currently trendy. Human rights violations happen all over the world all the time like actual slavery in other countries still existing to child labor. But do people protest about that? No. Why not? Because it’s not trendy. It’s not being feed to them. If it’s not fed to them, it doesn’t exist and if you ask them about it, they either don’t care or they get mad and try to change the topic to whatever is trendy like Palestine. They don’t really have any personal beliefs to stand on which is why it always looks like they’re contradicting themselves. They ride whatever trendy wave is going on.

America is a third world country wearing a Gucci belt. We don't have anywhere near the level of freedoms of other nations that we are compared to, but in comparison to the countries people are fleeing, ours is given significantly more hype than anyone else's because our people are brainwashed into believing we are the only country that matters, and when you are living in horrific conditions, you see all the hype around the states and are like, "I can make a life there".

Which is why so many people come here, and why despite a significant portion of the population being immigrants, undocumented or otherwise, some of said immigrants support I.C.E. and Donald Trump, because they want to be "true Americans" because that is what is sold to them as what we are, and it's not fucking true.

I.C.E. isn't "giving them free rides back to their own country", they are kidnapping and murdering people who are dissenting from them, locking them in fucking random compounds and doing GOD knows what to them, and anyone that survives this shit, can get sent to some foreign gulag in a country they have NO TIES TO to be used as slave labor, be kept in the compound indefinitely, or just be dumped in the fucking ocean, which is a theory that I think has genuine merit, with how needlessly cruel this government is.
