Nobody has the time to read a multiple-paragraph email; get to the point and stop over-explaining yourself. I am not your therapist and don't need a play-by-play run of how you are figuring out a project, stop creating more work for everyone reading your unnecessarily long email. Stop complaining TO ME, complain to the co-worker causing you trouble. Breathe, realize that the world is bigger than this issue you are trying to solve with a self-imposed timeline.

Retard HR people LOVE to waste time with pointless emails. Sending them makes it look like they are doing something, them and their three and a half hour salaried "work day".
