Babysitting a girls disabled brother gets weird

I really don't know what to do right now, I made friends on this group chat and everything was going great. Then the owner of the group chat messaged me trying to get me to babysit her older brother who has autism online. I said I guess I could do that and then she starts asking me to send her voice clips explaining in detail how I would punish her brother and make him wash his mouth out with liquid soap... when I said I wasn't comfortable doing that she got mad at me saying it wasn't that big of a deal and she didn't see the problem. Her brother is 29 years old and she is 19 and expecting me and another girl (21) from England to babysit and disapline her brother in America online. After I said no she carried on having a go at me and eventually removed me from the groups. Later her brother video called me saying how sad he is that I can't be his babysitter, he cried to me on the phone about it for 15 minutes. Then I talk to the other babysitter and find out the girl that wanted me to babysit had been lying to me the entire time and her too. I don't know what to do now. I'm still friends with the other girl that was supposed to babysit thankfully but the other girls brother is still trying to get me to babysit him even though I'm not in the group anymore and his sister blocked me...

Oh oh oh and now! This is the best funking bit! So she's added me back and still expects me to babysit her brother right? But here the funking kicker! So he apparently made fun of his little sister (13yr old) for having to wear a nappy (diaper) because she has incontinence right? So what's his other sister come up with foe a punishment for him that she expects me to do??? She wants me to videocall him while he goes to different shops... while he picks out bras and underwear and a dress and nappies. She wants me to make fun of him while he does this. Then... she wants me to make him put on the bra dress and nappy and have a baby bottle and pretend to be a little girl and wants me to make fun of him for having to wear a nappy and all the other stuff! And she is currently messaging me asking me to tell her what exactly I would say to make fun of him in all the stores and at his house to make him feel awful... what the actual fuck Is wrong with this funking girl??? Is this her kink or something? Does she like to hear about her brother being punished and see someone making him do things like that??? I need to get her in trouble for this shit but idk how I can like tf??!!! I really need advice on what to do here because this to me sounds like abuse and I am in no way comfortable with the situation. The guy is really nice too and I want to help him out of this situation but his sister has joint custody over him...
