Anyone but you

i recently been demoted after my boss determined i am not effective in my current position anymore. I context, I am a 20 yrs tenure prof for 2 languages and he position was offered to me beforehand but i love teaching and doesn't like being stuck inside an office. She has jad the job for about 2 years and she kept hiring new people for a better vibe, currently she has just hired 3 people to take my position, ive been demoted to an assistant, i still have a job thank God for that but I think it might be over soon. The people she replaced me with doesn't even speak the language. She just said she'll enroll them in a class in another college and they have a summer to learn it. She rather have a great working environment and the worst part there are complaints about their productivity and effectiveness and she blames it all on me. This might be the last simmer of my job because i heard that she can't take it anymore and I am constantly making her and her team look bad so I need to go. After that long I'm just going yo be kicked out and the director seems to side with her to get with the new vibes
