Anxiety of diagnosis

my sister was diagnosed with type one diabetes one night ago ever since then I cannot sleep nor feel like I should eat unless she is. I don’t like sleeping as I feel something bad. Will happen to her while I sleep. I feel very sick since I haven’t slept, and I don’t know how to help myself but hopefully I’ll get through this and my sister can get better and get more help.
