Black people tend to be prone to it I assume it's hygiene related but honestly have no idea maybe anal sex because it affects gay people alot. Look I think it's a terrible disease and requires caution it's probably the worse thing you can get but lots of places have serious aids problems new York actually doesn't but sure maybe the black population has some issues as a segment but even among blacks most probably won't have it but for sure higher risk

When we have our beloved Supreme Ruler, King Trump back all these troubling news fakes will no longer be broadcast...weather, climate, earthquakes, storms, viruses, infections, wars, hunger, aching need will all be forbidden discusions and no news will be permitted on these nasty subjects and so all will be well.
