Work is not your family
Work is not your life. No one there is your friend. Your boss doesn't care about you.I never really believed any of the bullshit above when I'd hear it. I've just been at places that preached all of that shit because most do. I've had work take over every aspect of my life because that's what happens at shitty workplaces.
I am for the first time at a place where work is actually treated as such. People are friendly but no one is asking for anyone's life story and very little shit talking seems to take place. I do my work and go. It's nice.
I just want any loser who gossips and wants to know everyone's life story at a job to go to hell. They pretend to be friends with someone I told they quit and then they talk shit about them. And I don't feel sorry your husband died or on the other end of some loser ass 20 something with no friends or life outside the job. You suck. Work on not sucking.
