What worked for me

Since I lost a lot of weight, I have learned the following worked for me:
1. Eat healthy and drink water. Minimize alcohol, eating out. Healthy eating does not equal starving. Decrease sugar. Use healthy oils in cooking. Common sense stuff.
2. Do cardio
3. Do strength training to increase metabolism
4. Get enough sleep
5. Decrease stress
6. Consistency despite a few ups and downs

I hope your loose skin is ugly and causes you depression. I hope your metabolism suddenly slows down, you gain all that weight back, plus another 50lbs, before you decide to blast yourself in your triple chins. I hope your fatty casket breaks and the pallbearers drop you, causing your gelatinous body to roll down a hill, smash into traffic, and then your family gets sued into homelessness…and I hope all this happens simply because of your arrogant, holier than thou, pretentious post.
