what i like about this website

It seems most people on this site will probably be working entry level jobs or service jobs all of their life. I think this is good because these people are needed. Cashiers, stockers, warehouse people, maids, all of those little girls in hospitals with tattoos, I need them all to function during the day. I'm rich and busy and don't want to be slowed down by lack of employees

Jokes on you I’m completely worthless and rich people like you waste all sorts of money hiring mentally ill people like me to not show up for my first shift or quit within a week. All cause we lie on our resume too. :)

Last poster IS mentally ill or plain stupid. None of these things have anything to do with the other. What does lying onnyour resume have to do with quitting a job? Or not showing up? Maybe harassment and discrimination have more to do with quitting and not showing up. Be careful. Everything is screenshotted. And what does being on this site have to do with being an enrtry level worker or cashier? Or a STALKER.? UGH. im happy to be away from you c.

Lying on a resume, not showing up, and quitting very shortly after taking a job all contribute to turn over dimbass. You realize how much companies spend during onboarding? Background checks, training, orientation, and so on can cost companies a lot. Even when it’s entry level.

Lying on my resume has gotten me more jobs in the past few years than plenty of people have had in the past decade. Redditors weren’t happy at all about it. It gets me jobs im not fully qualified for on the basis in reliable (lmao).

Turnover and onboarding. They lose a lot of fucking money on dead weights like me dumbass. I’m mentally ill, but I know business.

And fwiw I haven’t held a job for more than 6 months consecutively ever. A lot of companies lose money. They also gotta go through the entire process of filling the role with someone who’s actually qualified and reliable too.

They lose a fucking ton of money. It’s why conservatives shouldn’t be against SSDI like liberals aren’t. Even if it isn’t obvious it’s cheaper for society for cut someone who can’t keep a job a grand or two a month than it is to expect 6-12 business owners to hire that one person in a year. A lot cheaper.

Jack is probably speaking from personal experience. He’s probably stuck working a regular retail type job and hops on here to either rant himself or read other rants to make himself feel a little better about his life.
