I used to eat an omnivorous diet based off of Clean Eating Magazine. I like that publication. They have healthy recipes for everyone (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
The way things are going in my life, I might end up marrying a Brahmin vegetarian/vegan. This changes how I cook. Now I am looking for recipes ideas in Forks over knives, Cookie and Kate.
I will still sneak and eat fish or chicken at my brother's place.

There is no reason to eat burned animal flesh. I quit doing that in 1994. I lost weight and my blood pressure and cholesterol plummeted. Meat, especially the red variety, is a wholly unnecessary addiction for weaklings. anonymous 5 hours ago
