V chip for Donald Trump

During Trump's first term, I heard of parents refusing to allow their kids to watch the presidential address because of all of the hate spewing out of Trump's mouth. So I think TV stations should set the V chip (parental control/lockout based on show's rating) rating to the highest possible levels whenever Trump gives his presidential address. Also a disclaimer in the beginning that says "The following may contain hateful and violent content. Viewer discretion is advised."
