Unhelpful

My boyfriend got in a motorcycle accident a couple days ago and is recovering well. He has limited mobility on his arms at the moment, one of them is broken so I'm helping him as much as I can. I know he's in a lot of pain, so when he spunks out at me I think it's the pain talking. I try to separate my feelings from it but, he refuses to take his pills to drink instead.I took a couple days off work to make sure would be okay with me gone. Since the accident I haven't slept, barely ate and got off work last night to cook and clean till 3am. This morning 8am he wakes me up and asks for help, I say 'were out of gloves' and hes all nevermind ill do it myself and that hes gonna sleep in the living room tonight. I know he's going through a lot and I'm trying not to take it personal but it really hurts my feelings. The day he crashed and he told his friend his friend thought we broke up so Im struggling with not feeling wanted in my relationship either.
