there's been this guy in my Soccer team who has been shit talking me. Every single training. He started last year. and today before training we were taking shots at goal, and i said to a mate,"maybe get it on target next time". And he dared me to take a shot, and me being a defender put it wide. As I left to retrieve the ball, this guy, finn, the one whos been shit talking me, walks up to him and says "next time kav says something..." and then im too far to hear what he said. I walk back to my mate to ask him what finn said and he says, "next time you say something he told me to tell u to stop getting injured all the time, but i told him i love kav" i love him for it. Now im pissed. And about to cry. Ive been carrying finn on my back for the past year and a half, and hes taken his shit to another level. Rest of the training i promise myself that I will break his legs. I felt i had something to prove. Towards the end, we play a scratch match, and this other guy another friend of mine, says ive got you in my pocket, because he scored against me, as a joke. Next time he scored, he shushed me and pointed at his pocket, he was just having a laugh and normally i would laugh back, but i took it seriously and sorta snapped. I started shoving him and getting in his face. I have nothing against him but his joke pushed me off the edge. I kinda walked off towards the changerooms to wash my face because i had started crying by the time I came of the pitch. I hear finn laughing at me. Assistant coach comes over and talks to me, i tell him what happened and he promises he'll have a word to finn about it after training, and tells me i work 10 times harder than he does, which i do, and hes aways talking shit. I walk to the toilets have a lil cry, come back. And now im mad. Really mad. Im full sprinting at anyone, and slammed into multiple people accidentally. I slide tackle finn, which makes me feel better. My mate apologised, i said it was ok, he was just having fun. I don't even know what to do now. Im just so mad, and so upset that hes still saying stuff after how hard Ive been carrying him in game. Defending counter attacks every time he looses the ball. And then he has the gall to say to my face that he thinks i try harder in training thn i do in games, (this was last year). Like, bro u wanna fucking try defending people twice your size? U have scored once this season, and you are up front. SHut the fuck up. Start consistently scoring and then talk to me.
