This old ADT commercial

I lived in a shit area, so every commercial break would be full of commercials made to scare the shit out of poor people apparently. You had the Gerber Life Grow Up Plan, numerous class action suit commercials, and then shit for ADT. This shit would come on every commercial break on childrens channels.

The commercial had a mother and kids in the living room. The mom sees some stereotype burgler trying to get in and creeping through the windows. She grabs the kids and runs off, shit just got real. The commercial turns dramatic, the kid asks "what's happening mommy" which I always found funny. Then she sounds the home security alarm. I think this was still in the day when the commercial would show the house surrounded by computer generated Matrix numbers. So the alarm is sounded and the family is safe for another day.

I haven't thought of that retarded ass commercial in like 20 something years.
