Terrible Roommate/ fake friend

I have this friend who tries to blame me for “avoiding” her but is the rudest girl I have ever had to share a house with. She won’t pay for WiFi but will Venmo other people for literally anything! She feels the need to comment on everything I’m doing and is just flat out rude to me. No respect so I’m left feeling like the bad guy. What do I do?

I had roommates ages ago. Most were female models of the same gender as me. They were very civil and nice. So I cannot help you there. I went ahead and got my own place with time. Most people do that over time.
