Am i a bad teacher?

In my favour i reach my target every lesson better then every teacher in my subject despite me being less experienced. However, my academic qualifications are superior.

Against me usually i finish the class 2 or 3 hours earpy each day leaving them bored nothing to do so they can misbehave probably alot more then pther teachers in my view and in part because I have a chilled personality. So i want honest feedback do you feel academic results are most important or is it control?

I was told slow it down to manage behaviours i get that but you got to understand some students are slow so i need to have time to put them on steroids academically so they feel smart and i believe if they feel intelligent they will behave like it eventually but if they feel an idiot they will behave it. Thats my view. Do you agree with me or do i need to wake the fuck up? Give me your honest feedback. Academically I am basically a gun but I think eventually I will break down their behaviour. Am i just too soft or will me using am emotional appeal of showing I believe in you don't let me down backfire?
