I went to cnn.com just now, looked through the frontbpage and...YIKES!I think it's time to rethink the whole "Happy New Year" concept. Already things weren't looking good when the L.A. wildfires happend; soon enough that X-mas decorations were still up and lit in the wildfire areas, and now it seems we are continuing firm on the horrific streak. With that said, we should only be celebraiting if the year was proven to be good, and mourning if it was not. No more celebrating a year in advance that we know nothing about.
