Isn't that where people were left locked inside jail cells (remember jail=not yet convicted) and left to die as the flood waters started filling the jail during Hurricane Katrina?

I wouldn't trust any of these Jesusland states to have any regard for my health, or well being, or to not leave me to die in a disaster.

Lots of folks in institutions were abandoned by their caretakers during Katrina in LA, like the elderly in a nursing home iirc, not just prisoners.
