Plot guy
Not really a rant, just a funny story. There's a small building plot on my street which has been under construction for years. A balding dude shows up from time to time, fights (and loses) a battle against the ever present weeds then leaves on his small but very noisy moped. This has been his routine for like 2 years now. My husband nicknamed him The Plot Guy and this is how he shall be known as long as he owns that plot.
