Title sounds like a farking Karen I know.Pet peeve is this person I hired. Like how many fuccing times do I need to tell her to do a simple damned document pack. how many times to i need to tell her darling give the document pack BEFORE the new hire comes in. How many bloody times to I need to reiterate that this will save her time and follow ups if she did it in the first place????
I don't need her to be hyper efficient because that is a high strung life and that is what i am. however my expectation is not nearly my level. it is just operate at what I expect. I have said god only know how many fuccing times for the course of 1.5 years and jesus christos sante madre why can't she just GET IT????????
