I have to lose 2 dress sizes at least before the end of the year.
I have cut sugar consumption by 3/4th. Now - I will cut it completely.
Replace parboiled rice with brown rice. No bleached Basmati rice.
Have only full fibre pasta.
Cut homemade bread into thinner slices. No Texas toast size bread.
Decrease cheese consumption. This includes paneer.
Have a lot more fruits and vegetables.
Tofu and fish, beans, fruits, vegetables to fill me up.

Regular exercise.

I can do this. I believe in myself.

Try a pea protein powder and mix with water. It's a good substitute for those weird times you feel like eating between meals. It's not bad tasting either, I like vanilla pea protein powder
