Person doing job interviews

Lemme school you on some shit. If you've got an arrogant demeanor, people aren't going to want to accept the position. If throughout the conversation you keep talking about how a person's success is based upon if they actually want the job and there is some sort of quota. That is bullshit, and I hate to use the term but I will, gaslighting.

You expect this impossible quota to be met, and then blame the person for being unable to do it. It's like if I told you right now you have five seconds to cook a ten course meal, oh you couldn't do it, you just didn't try.

And I guess the other thing that makes me want to explode during shit interviews is when they can't answer a single question. I had this one bug eyed cunt interview once, and she kept talking about how the next interview questions would be answered. Next interview. Next interview. This interview wasn't even ten minutes, and was just her asking what I'd be willing to deal with. Should it be any surprise I stopped responding to her when she expected three references before going through with the magic, perfect, second interview? The place ended up shutting down like ten months later.
