Seriously, parents should be educated about mental health before they have a child. Imagine having a depressed daughter that literally isolates herself and is showing signs of hallucinations and thinking that the daughter is lazy. Like holy shit, parents are so DENSE! i mean like, mostly. For example millennials; they think that because they had it worst than us, means that they could pass their traumas to us. Like come on..
sorry for the bad grammar, english is not my first language^^

Educate school administrators about mental heath too. I think lots of mental health challenges in children occur in school (bullying, homework, exams). anonymous 4 hours ago
Absolutely agree, mental health needs to be addressed differently. More people need to be educated on it, and be proactive in addressing it aside from blindly recommending possibly ineffective drugs or therapy. There’s only so much licensed professionals can do. anonymous 3 hours ago
Yeah it needs to be addressed properly in a way they would understand. Cause my school teaches it but some teachers don’t really realize what’s could be happening they just teach cause it’s their jobs not cause they care, well some do but it’s fairly rare. anonymous 3 hours ago
