Our country changed over 20 years
I knew our country changed when Hudson Bay closed down. The other day, I passed by a veteran with kind blue eyes. He was begging for change. I feel sad when I go out. The streets smell of urine like New York. When I see a homeless person, people walk away. I do not. I stay close. Just because they smell does not mean they are not human.I cannot save the country. I can just do my small part everyday like all the other citizens.
