Not victims
When I was a young woman, I knew not to sleep with anyone, let alone older men. I was very aware that there were weaker girls who did and most girls looked down on them as made for the streets. Why is it that now people who willingly exchanged acts for money when they knew better are now claiming to be victims? They wanted the money and were paid accordingly. Saying they are victims infantilizes young women as having no control. The power dynamic is there and it was wrong, but these were gold diggers in the making, not the strong headed youth who would never cross that line regardless of the amount of money offered.
