Listening to my dietician and anonymous weight loss group was making me fat.
I now do what I think is right. With my own plan + exercise, I am losing 1 kg per week.
Here is my meal prep plan for next week:
1. Vegetable wonton soup
2. Chickpea and vegetable salad
3. Boiled eggs, hummus and whole grain toast
4. zucchini oat pancakes
5. steamed asparagus
6. baked fish with herbs
7. lentil soup
8. Cut fruit
9. Kimchi
10. Banana oat pancakes
11. Boiled frozen strawberries
This should last till Wednesday. I think it is a healthy plan.
I stand at the checkout of the grocery store and watch what others are checking out. I feel bad because they checkout frozen pizza and instant mac and cheese boxes.
